- We do not impose a rigid minimum. We assess each case by the market you serve and the continuity of the business — some partners start with a one-off order and move on to annual terms.
- Does Cobersun sell directly in my market?
- We work with our partners to avoid commercial conflict in the same area. Where there is an active partner in a territory, we forward the enquiries we receive from that region to them.
- Can I sell under my own brand?
- Yes. We supply products unbranded and offer graphic customisation, so you can present the structures under your own company identity.
- What support is there after the sale?
- Replacement parts, maintenance kits, installation support and technical assistance. Your account manager remains the same point of contact throughout the relationship.
- Do you work with partners outside Portugal?
- Yes. We export regularly to Spain, France and several European and African markets, with logistics and documentation handled by us.
