How Cobersun collects, uses and protects your personal data on this website.

Data controller
Cobersun, Lda., tax number 508559812, established in Portugal, is the controller of the personal data collected on this website. Activities: CAE 32996 (Other manufacturing industries) and CAE 43910 (Roofing activities).
What data we collect
We only collect the data needed to answer your requests and to understand how the website is used:
- Data you provide in contact and quote request forms: name, email, phone, company and a description of your event or requirement.
- Conversation data, if you use the website's chat assistant.
- Technical browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and time spent — collected only with your consent, through statistics and marketing cookies.
How we use the data
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Respond to contact, quote or product and service information requests.
- Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals.
- Analyse website traffic in aggregate form, to improve content and the browsing experience.
- Measure the effectiveness of our online advertising campaigns.
Legal basis
We process your data under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Portuguese Law 58/2019. Form data is processed on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering your request. Statistics and marketing cookies are only used with express consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

The chat assistant is loaded from Cobersun's platform (cobersunpulse.bitsapiens.io). If you use it, it may keep the conversation identifier in your browser's local storage so it can resume the chat. It is a Cobersun service, used only for that purpose, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
How to manage or withdraw your consent
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and you can do it whenever you like, without giving a reason:
- Click “Cookie preferences” (in the footer of any page or the button below) and switch off the categories you no longer allow, or choose “Reject all”.
- When you withdraw consent the page reloads and this website's analytics and marketing cookies are deleted. Cookies that other domains (Google, Meta) have stored in your browser are no longer used by us and expire within the periods above; you can also delete them in your browser settings.
- Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before it was withdrawn.
- After six months, or if our cookie policy changes, we will ask again.
How long we keep the data
Contact and quote request data is kept for as long as needed for commercial follow-up and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Statistical data is kept in aggregate form. Your cookie choice is stored on your device for six months, after which we will ask you again.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request rectification of incorrect or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of your data.
- Object to processing or request its restriction.
- Request portability of the data you provided to us.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out until then.
- Lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
